My Impact
I synthesized years of NYC traffic fatalities into concise booklet to appeal to both people's emotions and willingness to act.
TLDR
I spent Summer '22 in NYC, biking everywhere, everyday. I soon learned that countless cycling & pedestrian fatalities occur every year, yet car drivers are almost never charged.
While investigating, I soon realized that many of the fatalities were children; I deeply wanted to get people to realize what was going on, and propel them towards action.
I designed a booklet visualizing NYC's traffic fatalities while leveraging behavioral science to get people to imagine what the future could be like & take action.
